Last year we had our main living areas (2 story) painted.
This year we had our master bedroom painted, ceiling lights installed, bedside sconces installed and a new ceiling fan installed. We also had the master bathroom taken to the studs and completely remodeled with heated floors, curb less entry shower, heated towel bar, and soaker tub.
